Warm-Up

Every team and coach has different preferences when it comes to warm-ups. Some prefer long, extended sessions, while others like it short and fast. The best warm-ups are tailored to the practice or event that day. Are the athletes preparing for a tournament, returning from one, or needing some explosive sprints to kick off their drills? There’s no need for an intense warm-up if you’re spending the first 10 minutes discussing strategy.

 

We want to offer you a toolbox of warm-ups that can be athlete-led and coach-driven.
